How to Cancel\/Freeze Your Membership<\/h1><\/div><\/div>

Our monthly Family Membership Plan makes it easy for you to register anytime, never miss a registration deadline or lose your spot in class. It also makes it super easy for you to cancel or freeze your membership when you need to. There are just a few guidelines that need to be followed!\u00a0<\/p>\n

As a reminder, when you registered, you committed to staying in the Family Membership Plan\u00a0for at least THREE months. Your initial fee collected at registration includes a non-refundable registration fee, plus your first THREE months tuition (prorated, as needed). The earliest possible\u00a0<\/span>cancelation<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>dates are as follows:\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

To cancel or freeze your membership, we require notification sent\u00a0to our office at least THIRTY (30) days in advance. All\u00a0<\/span>canceled\/frozen<\/span>\u00a0memberships will expire on the last day of the following month. In other words:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

What if I need to cancel my membership?<\/u>\u00a0For In-person classes, at least thirty-days notice is required to cancel by sending written notification to\u00a0wtlittle@optonline.net<\/span>. Membership ends on the last day of the following month following notification. If cancellation corresponds with the start of a new song collection, you will not receive the new\u00a0<\/span>songbook\/CD<\/span>. \u00a0There are no refunds for unused classes. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Como \u00e9 feita a fatura\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/u>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0You will be billed monthly. All billing is done automatically on the 1st of every month for the following month's tuition.\u00a0<\/span>E.g<\/span>., on January 1 we run tuition for February classes. All billing is done\u00a0using a credit card that you will have saved in your account profile. It is your responsibility to keep the credit card information up to date (you can make changes either by logging in to your account or give us a call in the office and we can assist you in making the changes). There will be a\u00a0<\/span>$10<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>charge for declined credit card transactions.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

As aulas decorrem continuamente? E nos feriados?<\/u>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0Classes will run each week unless specified on the Holiday Schedule below. There are on average, 3 in-person classes scheduled per month (approximately 10 classes per 3 month period).<\/p>\n

Can I just join for one semester?<\/u>\u00a0<\/span>Sim e n\u00e3o. Embora continuemos a seguir o calend\u00e1rio das Cole\u00e7\u00f5es de Can\u00e7\u00f5es do Music Together, j\u00e1 n\u00e3o organizamos as nossas aulas em semestres\/sess\u00f5es como faz\u00edamos no passado. A \u00fanica forma de usufruir regularmente das nossas aulas do Music Together \u00e9 aderir ao Plano de Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Familiar. No entanto, pode controlar a dura\u00e7\u00e3o da sua inscri\u00e7\u00e3o e cancelar a qualquer momento ap\u00f3s o cumprimento da associa\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00ednima de 3 meses. I forgot\u00a0to cancel my account - can I get a refund?<\/u>\u00a0While we understand that things come up and that we won't be able to make music together forever, we're not able to grant refunds once tuition has been charged for the following month.\u00a0Our classes and expenses are\u00a0formed and calculated based on who we thought was joining us by each of the\u00a0<\/span>cancelation<\/span>\u00a0cut-off dates.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
